The best Festivals
The most famous music festivals around the world
It's that time again: the crowns of flowers, the glitter and also the fringed dresses from the last Ibiza holiday can be ripped out, because the festival season is now open. In the coming months thousands of party-goers in their Boho outfits will pilgrimage to the most famous international music festivals and let the world take part via Instagram.

Now there is a festival to suit every taste. In the following we would like to introduce you to the most famous.

First we'll go to the desert of Nevada, more specifically to the Black Rock Desert. On the Playa, a completely dried out salt lake, the Burning Man takes place every year at the end of August or beginning of September, probably the craziest festival in the world. Up to 70.000 so-called Burner pilgrimage every year over the Burner Byway with their campers to the festival area. Everything must be brought along, nothing can be left behind. In contrast to other festivals the flagship of the Burning Man is not the line-up with big artist names but much more the handmade artworks, temples, converted cars or even the craziest costumes or completely naked visitors themselves who celebrate the wildest parties. The festival culminates on the last day of the festival with the burning of an oversized wooden figure and temple. Here the Burner attach photos as well as notes with all the things they want to loose in the flames.

Palm trees, sunshine and a Ferris wheel - this is probably the most popular photo backdrop on Instagram in mid-April. Behind it hides the Coachella Festival in the Coachella Valley of the sunshine state California. The cross-genre music festival attracts more than 250,000 visitors every year. Among them are numerous stars and well-known influencers who let the world take part in their festival stay with numerous postings. The Coachella is particularly known for its beautiful festival looks from the categories Boho, Ethno and Hippie Style. But with all the hustle and bustle next to the stage, you shouldn't lose sight of the real reason for the festival: the music. Every year the event comes up with a top-class line-up, with well-known names and the hottest acts. From rock music, independent, hip-hop to electro, there is something for every taste.

From sunny California we are now coming to the Belgian boom. Every year Tomorrow Land, the festival for Electro, House and EDM takes place here. In July, the amusement park De Schorre opens its gates to 180,000 festival visitors, who dive into a mystical and unique fairyland. The design of the stages and the festival area creates a mix of fairytale-like ambience and a beautiful natural landscape, which creates a unique atmosphere with the beats of the best DJ´s. The heart of the festival is the Mainstage, with a width of 130 metres and a height of dozens of metres it is one of the largest festival stages in the world.

Now that we've travelled the big wide world, we take a look at Germany in terms of festivals. Here, as a similar festival in terms of lifestyle and fashion, only Lollapalooza Berlin comes to mind. A rather young festival that has moved four times during its four years of existence. This year it takes place for the second time in the Olympiapark and Olympiastadion. Also here you can find most of the visitors in the typical striking festival look with Boho outfits and lots of glitter. Musically, the line-up can also compete with the international rivals and is currently still a secret tip.

Maybe now some of you have got the appetite to experience the festival summer yourself and we are happy to help you to equip your clothes. Have a wonderful festival summer 2019.
