Binding Character of order & dunning process
All orders that you place at Atixo GmbH are legally binding. If we should not receive your payment within 14 days after you have placed your order a dunning process will be initiated automatically. This also applies to the refusal of acceptance of cash on delivery (C.o.D.) packages.
Bonus program and reduced products
Reduced products are barred from discount of the bonus program and other promotions.
Delivery Time
Generally all orders will be dispatched and handed over to our shipping provider within 24 hours after the receipt of the full payment. We use insured shipping methods for your orders but we are not able to affect or ensure the delivery time of our shipping providers and therefore assume no liability. Within Germany the orders generally take 1-2 days until being delivered to you and 3-4 day for all other european countries.
Exchange of items
Items with production errors or defects will be exchanged or refunded by atixo. This also applies to incorrectly supplied goods. We take no responsibility for defects that have arised after the purchase because of improper use and/or wrong care. For speeding up the process experience has shown that it is helpful to send us a picture of the defective item via e-mail at A exchange or refund in case of dissatisfaction with the product and/or non-fitting size is excluded. If you should have second thoughts about the condition of the goods and/or the size please contact us before placing your order. Please note: We do not exchange special items.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password you are able to request a new one. Just go to the  top of your retailer login area. At Login for retailers please click at Request Password. Afterwards we will send your new password to you via e-mail. Due to security reasons we request you to change this password, after having locked in succesfully, into a new password of your choice.
Missing Packages & Tracking-ID
In cases of packages getting lost on the dispatch route we kindly ask you first to check the whereabouts of the package by means of the tracking ID stated in your customer account. In addition you can contact us via e-mail at Please note that we do not inform customers, whose packages have been re-shipped to us due to refusal of acceptance, non-picking up and/or incorrect/incomplete delivery address, automatically.

Minimum Quantity
We don't have any minimum order quantities.

Order and Shipment Handling
The atixo GmbH is a mere online order wholesaler. Orders have to be made via our webshop In exceptional cases we do accept orders via phone or e-mail. In these cases please contact our Service/Supportteam. It is also possible to pick up your order at our office in Weiterstadt and to pay cash. In this case please choose Pay Cash while finishing your order in the basket.

How to order online: 
  1. Log-in to your account with your e-mail address (username) and password at
  2. Choose the items you want to purchase.
  3. By clicking the button add to the basket you will transfer the number of items you have chosen into your basket. All items in your basket will be reserved for 2 hours. If you don't finish your order within these 2 hours your basket will automatically be emptied. 
  4. As soon as you want to finish your purchase please click on purchase to get to the check-out area.
  5. Please check your invoice and delivery address as well as the shipping and payment option.
  6. Now you need to agree to our terms and conditions and rights of use of photographs. 
  7. Immediately after you have finished your order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
  8. As soon as your order is paid we will dispatch it within 24 hours. 
  9. Thereupon you will receive a shipment notification via e-mail with a tracking-link for tracing your package at any time.
We provice the following payment options:
  1. PayPal
  2. Immediate Payment with Klarna
  3. Cash on delivery (just Germany)
  4. Advance payment
  5. Credit card (Mastercard/ VISA)
  6. Cash payment on site

Attention: only if you choose the option pay later, you have the possibility to combine further articles afterwards. These combined orders must be completely paid via payments in your customer account in order to be sent. For this the payment methods Paypal, Sofortüberweisung, cash on delivery, prepayment, credit card or cash payment are available on site. Paying later is not buy on invoice.
Product Data Export
In the retailer area of our shop you have the opportunity to export our article master data. Just click on the button Item Download to download the current information csv file. To get csv information file about the current availability of our items, click on the button Availability Download.
Return portal
In order to complain about your goods free of charge or to exchange them, we ask you to use the complaints portal. Here you can select your articles to be complained about and attach pictures, stating the reason for the complaint. You will then receive a return bill, which you must enclose with the return for a smooth process. For free returns, please send your shipping receipt to
Registration and access as a retailer
Atixo only sells to registered traders. To get access to our prices and other important features you have to register yourself as a trader. After having filled out the register form you will receive a confirmation of registration via e-mail. Please click at the link to complete your registration and to verify yourself as the legal user of your new account. In this way we can avoid the misuse of your account by unauthorized third party. Afterwards please send us a copy of your trading licence, either via fax at +49 (0) 6150 / 97 90 198 or via e-mail at You can even upload your trading licence during the registration process at our online shop. After having received your trading licence (via fax, e-mail or upload) your account will be unlocked by one of our service-employees within 24 hours and promptly you will receive an information about the unlocking via e-mail . Now you can log in with your e-mail address and your self-chosen password at the top by clicking Trader Log-In and become an active trader at our online shop.

Note to our customers from other european countries outside of Germany:
Please enter your correct and complete VAT-ID data (if available) into the registration. Otherwise we won’t be able to deduct the value added tax (19%) automatically.
We would like to help you to find the right size with the perfect fit. For this we have developed a size chart that you can find in our Size Chart menu. There we have listed the sizes and measurements for all of our brands including size legends for the cup sizes. In addition we have also linked each product page with the corresponding size chart, that can be opened by clicking the Size Chart button.

Please notice that the specified sizes refer to the body dimension and not to the measures of the clothes. If the size is stated within a size range (e.g. S-L) or as OS (One Size) generally the fabric is about to be stretchable or the item is adjustable in its size. If the size of an item deviates from our size chart you will find a corresponding comment in the item description.
